Prices and availability
Cost per single bed for periods of less than a year: 350 euros/month plus utilities.
Cost per single bed for a whole year: 300 euros/month plus utilities. Discounts apply if two people book a double room for the same period.
To book, send an e-mail to info@affittisanmarino.com indicating the requested period. Once information on the availability of the bed has been received, it is necessary to proceed with a confirmation deposit. The reservation becomes effective only after the deposit, without which the place cannot be guaranteed.
The San Marino legislation differs from the Italian legislation for the permit of residence, and concerning domicile and rent. A 3-month deposit is required, which is returned at the end of the period of stay having ascertained the good state of use of the property and furniture. An advance of 50 euros/month is also required for utilities with adjustment at the end of the period of stay. The cost of registering the rental contract is shared 50% between the parties (approx. 100 Euros). Upon your arrival, a copy of your passport and a copy of the regular enrollment at the University of San Marino or an internship contract with PAM, or other permits are required.
Both men and women of any ethnicity and religion are welcome in the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including electronic cigarettes and any other form of smoking. The use of drugs, even light ones, is prohibited inside the building.
Pets are not allowed.
